You consent to receive text message(s) when filling webforms, reaching out to support, placing orders, scheduling a call, etc. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Billing

This service processes credit card payments using Stripe.com or Paypal.com

Standard Rates

Managed Hosting: $37/mo (see details here)

Hourly Rate: $100/hour (Includes but not limited to: Web Design, Graphic Design, SEO, General Marketing, Technical Help, Consulting, Etc.)

Web Design Repair: $100/hour. This is separate from web design updates and changes and is not included in the $37/mo managed hosting package. Web design repair refers to work in which the web designer is required to fix or restore website settings, features, graphics etc. after a client has made their own changes or causes functionality issues.

Extra Service Pages For Website: $100 each

Extra City/Location Page for Website:  $200 each

Home  Page for Website $200 each

Refunds

A full refund will be issued within thirty days of signing the contract. Otherwise, refunds will be issued for billing mistakes only. Refunds will not be issued for product satisfaction issues, non-use or non-participation unless otherwise stated in signed agreement.

SEO Results Guarantee

SEO Results may vary and results are not guaranteed. Google and other search engines are third party entities that are constantly changing their ranking algorithms. We will do our best to keep our clients updated with necessary information.

Governing Law, Legal Fees & Costs

Clients acknowledge that the State of Montana is the place of performance of the services and transactions contemplated by this Agreement. This Agreement, and all transactions contemplated hereby, shall be governed and enforced in Missoula County, State of Montana.

In the event litigation results from this Agreement or the performance thereof, the Client or the Consultant agree to reimburse the prevailing party’s reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and all other expenses in addition to any other costs the prevailing party may be entitled.
