Google has really cracked down and, unfortunately, taken a lot of legitimate businesses with them. Here is an outline of what we do for our clients in these situations.
Don’t Panic! Be patient and be sure that all of your business information is accurate. If you have already reached out to Google, I would give it at least 2 weeks before another inquiry.
1. Determine why you were suspended
Here are some helpful links provided by Google Product Experts. They are videos explaining what steps you should take if your GMB is suspended. They also allude to possible reasons for the suspension.

How to do it: https://youtu.be/ZHj8-U-bQIc
2. Gather the necessary information
These are the things you should have prior to submitting:
A. Link to the secretary of state where the business is registered. Every state is a little bit different and it might require some hunting, The business name, address, and phone number must match what is on the GMB.
B. Photos of your business in the real world. You should have a photo taken of your business with branding and/or signage. For service area businesses, you should have a photo of the vehicle that you use to conduct business.
3. Apply for reinstatement
Submit this form: https://support.google.com/business/answer/4569145?hl=en then wait for Google to email them, which can take sometime (2-3 weeks due to their recent backlog).
If Google responds and says that you are still ineligible to be listed in Google Maps you should review Google's guidelines here:
https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038177?hl=en and make any necessary changes.
Then reply to that email and let them know what changes you have made and ask them to review it again.
4. If still you have not heard back, use this form to request another contact from Google:

5. Get verified by Google Local Service Ads
Finally, because the verification process for Google's new Local Service Ads is so rigorous, completing the process can help prove to Google the legitimacy of your business. We’ve found that the easiest way to complete the process is to call the number provided, but you can also complete the process online if you prefer.
Keep in mind, you do not need to actually pay for / run any of these ads to get verified! It may appear that you need to, but you do not need to actually start paying for ads.
The main goal is to provide a strong case to Google for reinstatement:
